With the growth of digital photography it has become necessary to request that as far as possible entries are submitted in advance of the meeting. Pictures should be resized to a maximum height of 768 pixels and/or a maximum width of 1024 pixels. The files should be renamed to include your initials and the competition theme. Files should be sent as medium quality JPG files to . This will hopefully help the meetings to run more smoothly.
